Project Oreo

The Oreo engineers in our classroom would stack up against anyone in the country.  Our towers averaged 19 Oreos high on Friday which is very respectable among the 2nd grade results on the Project Oreo tally page.  After learning some Oreo trivia and estimating how high our towers might go, the students each conducted two trials of stacking towers with the class average being taken from the better of the two.  We have submitted the results and will continue to monitor other classrooms around the country until the project concludes in October.
