This morning our writers challenged themselves by attempting to write a story in the same fashion of Dr. Seuss. They were only allowed to use the same 236 words that Dr. Seuss used in The Cat in the Hat. It's not as easy as it looks. We have been talking about the comments portion of the blog and would love any parents who are frequent readers to go to the comments and try to write their own Seuss-like masterpiece.
We will be posting some of our examples from this exercise below.
